From the NORTH/NEW YORK CITY
Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 9 (New Brunswick). After the tollbooths, take the first right turn onto the ramp for Route 18 north. Soon after you enter Route 18, take the left side of a fork in the road, staying in the right lane. Immediately bear right for an exit to U.S. Route 1 south/Trenton.
Drive south on Route 1 for about 16 miles to the Washington Road exit, which is a traffic circle. Take the first right off the circle (by the gas station) toward Princeton. At the fourth light, turn left onto Nassau Street (Route 27). Alexander Hall is located directly behind the Nassau Presbyterian Church on the left (south) side of Nassau Street.

From the WEST
Drive east on Interstate 78 into New Jersey. Exit onto southbound Interstate 287 (toward Somerville). Follow signs for Routes 202/206 south. Drive south on 202 for a short distance and then follow signs to 206 south, which will take you around a traffic circle. Go south on 206 for about 18 miles to Nassau Street (Route 27) in the center of Princeton. Turn left onto Nassau Street. Alexander Hall is located directly behind the Nassau Presbyterian Church on the right (south) side of Nassau Street.

From the SOUTH
If you are coming from southern New Jersey, we recommend that you take Interstate 295 North (instead of the New Jersey Turnpike). Take Exit 67 to Route 1 north. Travel about two and one-half miles north on Route 1 to the Alexander Road exit. On the exit ramp stay in the far left lane, turn left at the traffic light, and follow the road to University Place. Turn right onto University Place and follow the road to Nassau Street (Route 27). Alexander Hall is located directly behind the Nassau Presbyterian Church on the right (south) side of Nassau Street.

From the EAST
Take Interstate 195 west (toward Trenton) to the exit for Interstate 295 north. Drive seven miles to the exit for Route 1 north (exit 67). Travel about two and one-half miles north on Route 1 to the Alexander Road exit. On the exit ramp stay in the far left lane, turn left at the traffic light, and follow the road to University Place. Turn right onto University Place and follow the road to Nassau Street (Route 27). Alexander Hall is located directly behind the Nassau Presbyterian Church on the right (south) side of Nassau Street.

From the PHILADELPHIA AREA
Take Interstate 95 north into New Jersey and exit at Route 1 north (exit 67). Travel about two miles north on Route 1 to the Alexander Road exit. On the exit stay in the far left lane, turn left at the traffic light, and follow the road to University Place. Turn right onto University Place and follow the road to Nassau Street (Route 27). Alexander Hall is located directly behind the Nassau Presbyterian Church on the right (south) side of Nassau Street.

From New York City's Penn Station
Take the New Jersey Transit Northeast Corridor line to Princeton Junction and change to Princeton Station. A two-car train (known as the Dinky) makes the four-minute trip to campus. The Dinky does not meet every train. Please consult a current schedule before making plans.

From Philadelphia's 30th Street Station
Take SEPTA to Trenton, NJ. Take New Jersey Transit to Princeton Junction and change to Princeton Station. A two-car train (known as the Dinky) makes the four-minute trip to Princeton. The Dinky does not meet every train. Please consult a current schedule before making plans.

Before 4PM on weekdays:Weekday visitor parking is available at Stadium Drive Garage (map:Princeton Stadium Drive Garage), with frequent TigerTransit, the University’s campus shuttle, service. Visitors using the garage are required to register for a daily parking permit. Registration can be doneonline in advanceor at the garage during arrival.

Once you have parked, please proceed to the covered transit waiting area directly adjacent to elevators. A climate-controlled indoor waiting room is also available at this location offering live shuttle arrival information.Click to view TigerTransit schedules.

After 4PM on weekdays or on weekends: Visitors may also park in most other University lots and garages, no daily parking permit required.Click to view the University parking map.

Alternative Parking Arrangements:Other parking options include the municipal parking lots and garages in downtown Princeton. Entrances are located on Chambers Street, Hullfish Street, and Spring Street. Metered parking on Princeton streets is limited to one hour in most cases, and overtime and illegal parking regulations are strictly enforced.
