I usually am a margarita girl, which will not surprise anyone who reads the blog fairly often. This summer has been the summer of margaritas!

We have shared White Wine Margaritas, Freezer Strawberry Margaritas, Watermelon Margaritas, and many more co*cktail recipes!

After making this Fresh Peach Daiquiri, I may have to become a partial daiquiri girl! Oh My WOW, this drink is lovely and refreshing and fruity and and and and every other luscious descriptive word you can think of 🙂

This recipe is perfect for using ripe peaches or frozen peaches. All you have to do is use the blender until all the ingredients are blended. You don't need perfect peaches, which is excellent if you have any that are bruised and not so pretty.

Frozen peach daiquiris are perfect for Labor Day parties, Fourth of July, or sitting on your front porch relaxing in the summer.

I took the picture without the peach wedge for the garnish, but you are welcome to add it to your glass. When I got outside to take the photo, I realized it was 90+ degrees, and a Fresh Peach Daiquiri melts a bit quicker at 90+ degrees than I was ready for.

The flavor of this frozen daiquiri is amazing! Now I want to make strawberry daiquiris, a mango daiquiri, and more fruit flavors.

How to Make a Frozen Peach Daiquiri

I've included complete instructions in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post, but here's a quick version.

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Carefully pour into a margarita glass, coupe glass, or your favorite glass.
  3. Garnish with a peach wedge.

Preparation and Storage

Make Ahead: You can cut your peaches and store them in the fridge for up to four days before making a Frozen Peach Daiquiri.

Storage + Freezing/How to Freeze: We never have leftovers when making this yummy frozen drink, but you can freeze leftover portions in an airtight, freezer-safe container for up to a month. The best part about this recipe is that the alcohol keeps the mixture from freezing and keeps its slushy consistency as soon as you take it out of the freezer.

Recipe Variations

Substitutions: This drink tastes best with fresh peaches, but you can use frozen peaches if you prefer a ready-made version or are making them off-season.

If you are not a fan of coconut and peach together you can change the Malibu rum for white rum/light rum.

Simple syrup or a bit of honey will add additional sweetness to the co*cktail if you want it extra sweet.

Fresh lime juice is included in a classic daiquiri recipe.

Vegetarian Option: This yummy co*cktail is naturally vegetarian!

Vegan Option: Malibu confirms in its FAQs that its coconut rum is unsafe for a vegan diet, so vegans should seek a vegan coconut rum alternative.

Gluten-Free: Each mixer in this co*cktail should be gluten-free, but choose options with a gluten-free label if you are highly sensitive and want to avoid cross-contamination.

Alcohol-Free Option: Replace the Malibu with a non-alcoholic alternative to make this co*cktail alcohol-free.

Smaller Serving Size + Larger Group/More Servings: This recipe makes one Frozen Peach Daiquiri and is easy to scale up for more servings.

Sugar-Free: Peaches are higher in sugar, with one medium peach containing 13 grams of sugar, and there are about 5 grams of sugar per ounce of Malibu. Replace the sweet and sour mix and grenadine with sugar-free alternatives to lower the sugar content.
