Promotion and Entry Periods: The Jersey Mike’s “12 Days of Subs” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on December 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 25, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Winner Selection, Verification and Notification: Following each Entry Period, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through the Platform (“Prize Winners” or “winners”). Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion. For any Promotion Post that asks a question to which there could be a right/wrong answer, all eligible entries received, regardless of the answer cast, will be entered into the random drawing for that Entry Period if no entries responded correctly to the question. Determining what answer is “correct” will be done in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and any determination by Sponsor that is later proven “incorrect” will result in a subsequent random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period, regardless of the answer provided.

  All potential winners will be tagged in Sponsor’s Instagram Story at 9:00 a.m. ET the day following the applicable Entry Period. Potential winners must send Sponsor a direct message to its account @jerseymikes on Instagram to claim their prize. All potential winners may be subject to verification of eligibility, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached (regardless of reason), does not send Sponsor the required message within seven (7) days, or there is a return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified. Upon disqualification, no further compensation will be given. Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
